EMPA PVC膜为瑞士原装进口,型号:EM-727,又称PVC受色膜,PVC溢色测试膜,用于各类鞋业材料的移色测试.
符合标准:ISO 15701,VESLIC C-4420/UF442,ADIDAS等,在ADIDAS FT-02渗透色牢度(Migration Fastness)标准中被规定使用.
原装规格:10片/包,100mm*150mm,每片可裁10块,50mm*30mm.
EMPA 承诺保证聚氯乙烯膜的有效期为2 年。
聚氯乙烯膜必须长期储存在干燥、黑暗、标准室内环境性处理的地方。
确定染料从试样渗进聚合物–例如聚氯乙烯(PVC)或聚氨酯(PU)的可能性
测试步骤
1. 掀开聚氯乙烯膜的“光亮面”的保护层，确保这已掀开保护层的一面用于测试．
2. 将试样摆放在聚氯乙烯膜的中心位置.如果是一件试样，便把它放在聚氯乙烯膜的中央,如果是2 件试样,便按图1 所示摆放．
3. 将聚氯乙烯膜连同上面的试样一起放到一块玻璃片的中心位置，然后在上面盖上另一块玻璃片．
4. 将夹着试样的两块玻璃片放到支架上．
5. 如果多于一件试样，可重复上述步骤，用玻璃片把试样隔开．
6. 在玻璃迭层上放45 牛顿的砝码(对于被测的皮革表面来说，4.5 公斤相当于0.75 巴), 然后将已压上砝码的玻璃迭层放入烘箱中, 在摄氏50 度±2 度的温度下烘16 小时.
7. 在加热老化处理后将装置从烘箱中取出,取走砝码,并让玻璃迭层在室内温度(摄氏23 度±2 度)中放2 小时.
8. 将试样与聚氯乙烯膜分离
测试鉴定:用灰色卡(１至５级）对比聚氯乙烯膜上最深色的位置

the PVC foil from the card and then remove silver protective film.

For the testing of color migration from leather into Poly Vinyl Chloride
Cut away the required number of segments shortly before use,beginning with NO.1. Next remove the silver protrctive film on this side and bring the PVC foil
into contact with the leather specimen.
